Having done my architecture from IIT Roorkee, I went on a conventional path for 2 years before the social impact bug bit me and there hasn't been any looking back ever since.

I've been in the social impact consulting space for three years now and intend to stay in the same are post my MBA from Oxford. Through my application cycle, I have come to terms with the fact that beside a good GMAT score, cracking the "Why MBA" question is the pivot to a successful application. Other very important aspect that we decide to address last is our preffered school/location - not the best approach.
