I majored in Economics, Management and Statistics. Currently I work as Customer Experience and Business Transformation Consultant in the PwC Advisory practice in South Africa. My project experience span across Retail & Corporate Banking, Insurance, Consumer Goods, Oil & Gas, Telecommunications and Public Sector.
